Marianne's Story
Having arrived in Washington State in 1989 I have lived all of my adult life here in the Seattle area and feel like the Pacific Northwest is home. In the technical capitol of Washington, I worked in corporate human resources and organizational development in high tech for 8 years after career counseling for a federal employment program for 5 years. I have been married for 8 years and have two very active little boys aged 3 and 5. I am very proud of my husband who has recently renewed his commitment to himself by changing groups within Microsoft and creating a challenging new position in research and marketing.
